Delivery Times:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production or has been shipped, except in cases of confirmed manufacturer defects.
In the rare event that your garment is defective or incorrect (wrong style/size/color compared to the order):
Notification Period: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Requirement: A clear, unedited Unboxing Video (showing the package from its sealed state to the discovery of the defect) is mandatory to validate any claim.
Resolution: TulinH Boutique will review the evidence and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a partial refund for local alterations or a replacement at our discretion.
Made-to-Order: Since gowns are constructed based on the measurements provided, TulinH Boutique is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements or body fluctuations.
Alteration Support: We recommend all international brides plan for minor local alterations. If a garment requires adjustment, we can provide technical guidance to your local tailor.
Return for Adjustment: If you wish to send the garment back to our Vietnam atelier for repair, the customer is responsible for 100% of two-way shipping costs, insurance, and any incurred import/export duties.
Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and customs duties are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or failure to receive, it will be handled according to our Storage Policy, and no refunds will be issued.
To ensure absolute precision, every TulinH Boutique creation undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection. We maintain a full digital record (photos and videos) of every gown on a professional mannequin before it is dispatched to verify its condition and measurements.

Cancellations: Deposits and full payments are non-refundable if an order is canceled for personal reasons.
Measurement Submission: To maintain our production schedule, measurements must be provided within 12 hours of your deposit.
Delays: If a delay in providing measurements affects the timeline, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Non-receipt: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient, the items will be handled according to our Storage Policy.

Please be advised that TulinH Boutique does not directly operate or control these third-party shipping services. Consequently, we cannot intervene in, nor be held responsible for, the following:
Shipping Durations: Actual transit times once the package leaves our facility.
Delivery Costs: Freight charges determined by the carrier.
Import Obligations: Customs duties, VAT, or local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities.
Pro Tip: Estimated delivery windows are subject to change due to weather, regional logistics, or customs clearance protocols. We strongly recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure they arrive in time for your special occasions.
Upon completion of your order, TulinH Boutique will contact you via your registered communication channels to finalize payment or confirm delivery details. If we do not receive a response, the following "Storage Status" protocols will apply:
If the final payment is not settled within 25 days of our initial notification:
The items will be moved to liquidation stock to offset operational and labor costs.
The order will be formally canceled, and any deposits made will be non-refundable.
If a fully paid order remains uncollected or delivery is not confirmed within 35 days of notification:
Items will be moved to our long-term storage facility for a maximum of 60 days.
Disclaimer: TulinH Boutique waives all warranties regarding the technical condition or fabric quality of items while held in long-term storage.
If an order remains unclaimed 60 days after the initial notification:
The order will be permanently canceled.
All prior payments and deposits will be forfeited and non-refundable.
